Remember last time you booked a hotel room and your booking platform sent you a message a week later saying: “Hey, the room you booked is now $25 cheaper! Here is your money back”? Well, neither do we.
The good news is Marty does exactly that, inform you when you can save money.
While booking platforms are using sophisticated tools to maximise revenues through price variations, no one is doing the same thing for you the travelers.
Marty makes sure you never miss an opportunity to save money by constantly watching the price of your reservation from the moment you book to the moment you travel.

Let’s make one thing clear: Ask Marty is not a booking platform.
Once you’ve booked your hotel room (on any platform), simply forward your booking confirmation email to Marty. You will find a dedicated email address (just for you) within your app to do just that.
From there, Marty will start monitoring prices for your reservation and alert you when its price drops, so you can save the difference.

It looks weird, right? Well, that’s because it’s a unique randomly-generated email address that is specific to… you. This way, when you send your reservation via this email address, Marty will know this comes from you - and not another traveler.

Marty monitors prices in real-time on multiple websites until the end of your free-cancellation period.
The rest is about algorithms, semantic analyses and Marty’s magic.

Your reservation must meet two criteria: be a hotel reservation (we do not support B&B bookings) and come with free-cancellation.
Lucky for us all, that represents the vast majority of bookings out there.

Picture this: Marty just found you the exact same reservation ... but $25 cheaper. In order to benefit from this new price, Marty will help you swap reservations which is only possible if you can cancel your former reservation for free.

Once a price drop for your reservation has been detected, Marty notifies you and help you rebook at the new price.
Then, simply cancel your former reservation and you’re done! It’s that easy and takes only a few seconds.

Congrats, but it’s not over yet! Marty keeps monitoring prices for you. You usually experience multiple price drops for a single reservation and Marty's mission is to make sure you benefit from all of these so you can travel for less.

Absolutely not. Marty makes sure you never need to pay for your new booking up front. You’ll only pay at the time of travel - no worries there.

When you’re ready to save money on your reservation, Marty will take a small a service fee on the savings you make.
He only makes money when you make money. It’s a win-win.
